The purpose of the study was to describe: a). The profile of students' communication anxiety levels, b). The implementation of group guidance by BK teachers using the role playing method. c). The design model of group guidance services using the role playing method in helping reduce the level of communication anxiety of students. This research was conducted using a mixed method. The sampling technique used was total sampling with 30 participants. While qualitative research, the key informants of the research are 1 BK teacher class XI MIPA 1 and 2 additional informants. The instruments used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used statistical test tools. The technique used in data processing is the percentage. 摘要

本研究的动机是学生的交际焦虑尚未得到解决,而辅导教师在实施团体辅导时没有使用多种方法。本研究的目的是描述:a).学生沟通焦虑水平概况;b). BK教师使用角色扮演方法进行小组指导的实施情况。c)运用角色扮演方法帮助降低学生沟通焦虑水平的团体辅导服务设计模型。本研究采用混合方法进行。采用的抽样技术是30名参与者的总抽样。使用的工具是问卷调查和访谈。数据分析技术采用统计检验工具。数据处理中使用的技术是百分比。通过数据简化、数据呈现和得出结论进行定性数据分析。关键词:沟通焦虑;学生
