摘要

在分析结构参数的基础上,利用CFD计算了反吹吸口的流场。采用气固两相流对其除尘效果进行了验证。结果表明:当iD1B≤0:45或≤110◦时,出口直径和倾角分别增大;前、后、左、右四个窄槽气流速度增大;随着扫速的增加,总清除效率降低,分级效率降低。特别是对于分级效率而言,在相同的操作条件下,清扫速度对大粒径颗粒的影响很大,而对小粒径颗粒的影响很小。
