The assessment is taking place within an academic institution's portal environment. The study particularly investigates the effect of knowledge discovery, knowledge capture, knowledge sharing and knowledge application on business processes’ effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation; and employees’ learning, adaptability, and job satisfaction.
