This paper is about design a linear generator to match characteristics of the stirling convertor. The magnetic circuit structure and electromagnetic design of generator was studied. Including no-load electromagnetic parameters, Analyzing the influence of the motor structure parameters for the no-load electromagnetic parameters, which provides reference for the size of the generator and its optimization. No load electromagnetic parameters including no load air gap magnetic dense, EMF, no-load leakage coefficient, no load inductance. The external characteristic of generator and efficiency characteristics are analyzed too. 摘要

斯特林变流器是一种高效的发电设备,该技术可使用多种热源,适用性好,效率高,结构简单,寿命长。直线发电机作为斯特林变换器的重要组成部分,能很好地适应斯特林发动机。发电机结构为气缸式移动永磁体,单相单极单槽。本文设计了一种符合斯特林变换器特性的线性发电机。对发电机的磁路结构和电磁设计进行了研究。包括空载电磁参数,分析电机结构参数对空载电磁参数的影响,为发电机的尺寸及其优化提供参考。空载电磁参数包括空载气隙磁密、电动势、空载漏电系数、空载电感。分析了发电机的外部特性和效率特性。如影响这些特性的因素有电压调节、电枢反应、永磁体工作点、铁损等。
