In this paper, using the help of the tracing flow method, the participation factors of each generator and line to supply a load has been determined. By using this factor and economical data of generating units and transmission lines I the cost of electricity consumption at each node has been determined. Application of the method for determination of connection cost of the new loads while considering dispatching limits, i.e., contingency, congestion, transmission limits, is another part of the paper. 摘要

作为电力系统重组方案的结果,电力行业的产、输配电分拆为行业最优投资组合提供了新的经济技术分析方法。发电成本的确定可以很容易地通过相关成本找到,但准确确定输电费用并不是一个简单的过程,因为它涉及到电网中的电流路径。本文采用跟踪流法,确定了各发电机组和线路对供电负荷的参与系数。利用该系数结合发电机组和输电线路的经济性数据,确定了各节点的用电量成本。在考虑偶然性、拥塞、传输限制等调度限制的情况下,确定新负荷接入成本的方法是本文的另一部分。最后将该方法应用于一个典型的网络,结果表明该方法具有较好的准确性和适用性。
