摘要

积碳成分复杂,颗粒多,在再制造清洗过程中很难去除。采用硝酸钾与亚硝酸钠混合盐作为清洗介质对积碳进行清洗,采用称重法对清洗效果进行量化。在相同的温度和洗涤时间下,通过改变熔盐的配方来寻求最佳的清洗工艺。实验结果表明,NaOH质量分数为30%时较为适宜,此时的清洗质量和经济效益最好。
