The object population of this research is private junior high students in Indramayu.  The sample was gained through simple random sampling. The collection of the data is done by questionnaire for both independent variables and by teachers’ file mid-term test for dependent variable. The gained data was analyzed by using correlation technique and multiple regressions. 摘要:本研究是一种调查研究,旨在实证地发现和分析学生感知对教师绩效和学习动机对学生英语学科成绩的影响。本研究的对象人群为Indramayu的私立初中学生。样本是通过简单随机抽样获得的。自变量采用问卷调查法,因变量采用教师档案中期测试法。利用相关技术和多元回归对所得数据进行分析。本研究的结果是:1)学生感知对教师绩效和学习动机的共同作用对学生英语学科成绩有显著的影响。Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, Fo = 49.077;2)学生感知对教师绩效对学生英语学科成绩的影响显著。经Sig = 0.000 < 0.05和to = 5.009证明;3)学习动机对学生英语成绩有显著影响。经和证明,Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, to = 6.773。这意味着学生的英语成绩充分受到学生对教师绩效和学习动机的感知的影响。关键词:学生感知;老师的表现;学习动机;学生的成就。
