PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS. Queries and data submission use the REST architecture, and MySQL database manager stores the collected data. The validation of the mobile application was through ISO-9126, 20 people inventoried 200 items in two ways: one using the Kusa-Yupaq application and the other using the traditional way, both were evaluated with the T-Student test. We compare the time and cost of operation between the traditional method and the mobile application.
