摘要

牛拔牙牙釉质腔壁经不同处理后用汞合金“修复”。A组未接受治疗;B组仅使用常规口腔清漆,C组使用氟化钠(2%)+常规口腔清漆溶液(2次)。在凝胶酸中浸泡7天后,在偏振显微镜下观察地面切片。使用氟化钠+常规口腔清漆的C组对脱矿的抵抗力更强。仅接受空腔清漆处理的B组脱矿阻力降低,未接受空腔清漆处理的a组脱矿阻力较小。因此,强调在常规的口腔清漆内衬和汞合金修复之前,在腔壁上应用氟化钠的重要性,以获得更强的脱矿性。
