The subjective well-being scale and cultural adaptation strategy scale were used to investigate international students. Happiness scores were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and logistic regression methods. \n \n \nResults \nThe subjective well-being score of medical students was (45.69±8.23), and the proportion of medical students who felt \"happy\" and \"unhappy\" in life was 87.5% (231/264) and 12.5% (33/264) respectively. 摘要

目的分析医学生主观幸福感的影响因素,为提高医学生主观幸福感,提高医学生的学习适应能力提供参考。方法2018年3 - 8月,选取黑龙江省两所医学院校的264名外国留学生作为研究对象。采用主观幸福感量表和文化适应策略量表对留学生进行调查。采用描述性统计、卡方检验、logistic回归等方法对幸福感得分进行分析。结果医学生主观幸福感得分为(45.69±8.23)分,感到生活“快乐”和“不快乐”的比例分别为87.5%(231/264)和12.5%(33/264)。“培养时间”、“文化适应策略”、主观幸福感得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生主观幸福感较高,在华时间长短和文化适应策略是影响医学生主观幸福感的因素。关键词:外国医学生;文化适应策略;主观幸福感;跨文化适应
