For the proper polyfunctional monomers concentrations and proper EB doses the rubber physical properties are improved with respect to control samples obtained by classical procedure using benzoyl peroxide. 摘要

研究了电子束辐照交联法制备的三甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPT)高分子单体对天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)物理性能的影响。本文还报道了聚能单体TAC(三烯丙基氰脲酸酯)的浓度对EVA(醋酸乙烯酯)橡胶和CPE(氯化聚乙烯)橡胶物理性能的影响。讨论了加速EB和2.45 GHz微波(MW)同时辐照对含TAC硅橡胶物理性能影响的几个结果。在适当的多官能团单体浓度和适当的EB剂量下,橡胶的物理性能与用过氧化苯甲酰经典方法制备的对照样品相比得到了改善。通过EB+MW处理获得的最重要的结果是,在相同的硫化参数下,与单独的EB辐照相比,EB的剂量减少了。
