摘要

我们报告了两例不良反应，局部治疗与富马酸一乙酯。一名患有特应性皮炎的患者出现了接触性皮炎;另一名患者患有牛皮癣，出现全身性部分脓疱性皮疹，并有全身累及的征象，如心动过速和呼吸困难。我们认为非免疫性接触性荨麻疹综合征是其致病机制。
