The Fish Boster Center does not yet have ISO 9001:2015 certification for a quality management system, the processing division plays an important role in the ongoing progress of the company toward the processed products it produces. This study aims to 1) analyze the application of quality management system principles namely customer focus, leadership, people involvement, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management, 2) and analyze the factors that become barriers to the processing division. Respondents consisted of 3 people who worked at CV. Fish Boster Center, namely managers and workers in the processing division (Quality Control and Production), the technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative and fishbone diagram. The research results show that CV. The Fish Boster Center has implemented an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, but there are still principles that are not following ISO 9001:2015 standards.
