This paper proposes methods to improve the quality of the underwater images. The proposed work in the paper consist of two methods they are Interpolation based Enhancement and Limited Image Enhancer. The First method is based on increasing the resolution of the image and the second method is based on increasing the contrast of the images. The main aim of the paper is to enhance the image that are taken under water.
