摘要

本文描述了基于Linux开源操作系统的Windows操作系统到嵌入式系统实时语音传输的协议实现。本文提出了一种基于a律的编解码器的实现方法,这种编解码器在欧洲主要用于数字通信信号。对于实时语音传输,我们使用RTP协议。提出的解决方案工作在两个方向,但只能在半双工模式。主要应用可以是安全系统和机器人或具有交互功能的移动机器人解决方案。
