Your numbers are growing, and, thanks to you, we have become a valued member of the community of peer reviewed medical journals. \n \nDuring the past 2 years, our submissions have increased, and our offerings now include clinically relevant supplements and special features. We intend to continue to increase both the depth and breadth of the Companion this coming year. As a harbinger of our intent, this issue has a new look—we now have a spine, which means bigger issues. In addition, this coming year will feature more supplements than ever before, as we continue to attract new projects with relevant information for our readers. \n \nWe have also increased our circulation and now mail each issue to approximately 36,500 physicians. Our latest additions range from those of you who treat children who suffer from psychiatric disorders to those who minister to the elderly who suffer from cognitive problems.
