The research population of grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Sampaga, for the 2019-2020 school year, and the data collection method using simple random sampling. Using inferential statistical analysis methods, the study tool employed was a test instrument for student observation and learning outcomes. Before adopting the combination of Complete Sentence learning methods with Giving Questions and Getting Answers, student learning outcomes averaged 40.18. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture's requirements, students' cognitive results fell into the low category, with a high percentage of 60.71%. Still, after receiving treatment, it increased to an average value of 75.54. Students with a rate of 50.00% as high. According to the t-test results of hypothesis testing, H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This study's findings support the notion that this teaching strategy enhances students' learning results in energy and effort.
