The objective is to record the contribution of each user in the final bill with TELEFONICA SA, Spain's PTT. As the LAN has several hosts with distant operating systems which have access to the X.25 net, the decision was made to build software thinking into the operating system; in this way this software will be useful independently of its installation in a LAN or in an isolated host.
