摘要

提出了一种实时环境下机电一体化系统的识别与控制方法。如果缺少某些参数,则很难准确地获取系统传递函数。这给系统的建模和控制带来了很大的困难。因此,本研究采用基于硬件在环(HIL)概念的方法对动态系统进行辨识和控制。采用自回归移动平均(ARMA)模型在线辨识系统传递函数;该控制器在仿真环境中对辨识出的模型进行调优,并应用于实际系统。该方法具有识别系统精度高、简单、成本低等优点。以直流电机和伺服气动系统为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
