摘要

为了解决电子商务系统中信任的主观性和不确定性,在以往云模型研究的基础上,提出了一种基于多维信任云的新型信任模型。将历史评价数据视为定量的话语宇宙,实体属性信任云基于加权后向生成云算法,因此通过云模型的三个数值特征可以很好地反映实体的历史行为。实验结果表明,本文提出的模型能够更准确地反映卖方的属性,可以为电子商务中的买方实体提供有利的参考。
