摘要

由于最终焊接质量和铅、有毒气体等环境污染问题,超声波焊接系统越来越多地应用于工业工作场所。超声波焊机由逆变器、L-C滤波器将机械振荡转化为压电、助推器和放大机械位移的喇叭组成。由于机械结构的设计和键合材料的特性,谐振频率也会发生变化,因此需要用锁相环技术来实现数字控制器对谐振频率的控制。本文利用PSIM软件对10kW全桥逆变器和LC滤波器进行了仿真。并通过实验验证了超声波焊机的硬件设计和控制谐振频率的软件设计。
