摘要

外卖配送调度优化作为一种新颖的餐饮模式,对提高配送效率和餐饮企业的服务水平具有重要作用。针对目前中国外卖配送模式,提出了以配送距离最小为目标的配送调度优化模型。同时,考虑蚁群算法鲁棒性强和遗传算法收敛能力强的特点,提出了一种混合元启发式算法。沈阳市浑南新区某餐厅的一系列实验结果验证了该模型和混合元启发式算法的有效性。
