The aim was to evaluate the group in terms of its feasibility and online adaptations from a service user and group facilitator perspective. A six-session group intervention was undertaken on three occasions. Thematic analysis of participant’s qualitative feedback identified two themes, ‘Enjoying attending the group’ and ‘Skills development’. Facilitators identified several positive aspects of the group. A paired-samples t-test identified no significant difference at post-intervention.
