The purpose of the research is to identify a framework that can possibly improve the efficiency, quality of services and discovery of provisioning web services on mobile devices. The framework considers battery life, message time and size, processing required, availability, reliability, scalability and the discovery of these Web accessible services. By using the framework that enables context-aware services, the efficiency and quality of services can be improved.
