摘要

本文提出了一种基于RFID的生物传感装置。利用谐振频率在RFID频带内的柔性标签,可以测量不同的生物传感参数。标签根据不同的物质改变其电容。随着这种变化,谐振频率也随之变化,用本文提出的RFID读取器测量谐振频率。该装置基于一个科尔皮茨振荡器,测量是通过它的功耗来完成的。

This paper presents a RFID based device for biosensing. Using flexible tags based in LC tank whose resonant frequency is in the RFID band is possible to measure different biosensing parameters. The tags change its capacitance depending on different substances. With this change, the resonant frequency varies which is measured with the RFID reader presented in this paper.
