The article also proves necessity to focus more attention on practices of stress management in Russian companies. The author considers professional stress, its levels (high, optimal (medium), low) and its sources. The article identifies existing methodical approaches to managing stress in the organisation and levels of stress management (at the level of the organisation and the level of the individual).
