摘要

人力资源管理系统(Human Resource Management System, HRMS)是一种能够以结构化和全面的方式简化处理公司各种人力资源管理活动过程的系统。人力资源管理系统可以帮助管理层履行职责,帮助公司实现目标,最大限度地减少由于管理员工数据,特别是在工资方面的错误而造成的损失风险。公司管理员工的组成部分的数量会使管理在履行其职责时变得更加复杂和复杂。因此,需要有一个能够将员工管理的各个组成部分集中在一个系统中进行管理。在本研究中,我们设计了一个基于网络的人力资源管理系统,可以供员工管理人员使用,也可以供员工自己使用。从研究结果可知,在Lingga Regency区域饮用水公司(PDAM)实施人力资源管理系统,可以有效和高效地协助员工管理层管理所有员工数据,包括数据收集、计划、管理和指导活动,可以最大限度地减少人为错误因素。
