Based on Takagi — Sugeno fuzzy model and applying Lyapunov function with a PDC command and some lemma, sufficient conditions are developed. These conditions proposed concerns tow systems one contain the uncertainties parameters and another one without uncertainties parameters with external disturbances. Finally, to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theorems tow examples are presented: The first example deals with problem of fuzzy control stabilization for wind turbine generator with external disturbances.
