用空间度数仪对51例屈光参差及单侧假性近视患者进行主观参差测量,分析其与术后屈光参差的关系。对于屈光参差≤5屈光的患者,主观参差的中位数为2-3%,无统计学相关性,可能与“感觉脑适应”有关。因此,人工晶状体度数计算误差小于7.5屈光度是可以接受的。
