摘要

启动痕是机织物的主要缺陷之一,它发生在织机因各种原因停机后重新启动时。这一缺陷在高速织造织机上尤其在弹性经纱织机上更为突出,造成织物质量的恶化。本文研究了窄织物织机上弹性胶带启动痕迹产生的数学分析问题。对窄织物织机的连续运行工况和停机工况进行了数学分析。利用所建立的模型进行了系统仿真,并与实验结果进行了对比,验证了模型的准确性。
