摘要

本文提出了一种半桥准谐振ZVS-PWM高频逆变型交直流变换器的电路拓扑结构,该变换器采用igbt作为消费级磁控管驱动器件,可使用适用于100v交流电力系统的有源电压箝位准谐振PWM逆变器中的高频高压互感器、倍压器和功率半导体开关器件(igbt)。在仿真和实验结果的基础上,对欧洲、中国和日本的200vac公用电力系统中用于微波炉的开关电源变换器电路进行了运行分析和特性评价。此外,在磁控管阳极电流峰值限制条件下,提出并讨论了一种新的60 Hz正弦波部分脉冲调制模式控制方案,该方案采用脉冲工作频率调制和脉宽调制相结合的方式来改善200v交流电网的谐波电流成分。
