摘要

本文对功率半导体系统中各部件的FoM参数进行了分析。该参数可作为供电系统质量指标的优化工具。使用FoM评估技术对某些系统部件进行有效性评估的主要优点是消除了模拟和物理实验。本文描述了透视转化器结构在各种工况下的FoM评估过程,并通过模型的仿真实验验证了该方法的适用性,具有较高的有效性。最后通过对所提出的LLC变换器的效率(定性指标之一)的研究来评价FoM参数的相关性,并验证了铁心变压器的不同材料及其对效率的影响。
