How is it developed in practice? This paper starts from the distinction between an instruction and a true university education that focuses on the formation of critical thinking through questioning and dialogue. Afterwards, it analyzes the role of questioning in the training of students and wants to show how it constitutes the center of dialogue, as well as of motivation in learning and teaching.
