摘要

失蜡铸造是获得高质量几何复杂铸件的最先进方法之一。影响铸件性能的主要因素之一是陶瓷模面层的质量。在悬浮分散介质湿润蜡表面的条件下,可以实现陶瓷浆料的均匀沉积。由于蜡模型的表面是疏水性的,而陶瓷悬浮液的分散介质是水,因此增加润湿性不仅可以通过在悬浮液组合物中加入sas润湿剂,还可以通过化学或物理方法激活模型表面。介绍了不同化学活化方式对蜡模型表面润湿性的影响。
