Next, a mathematical evaluation method is proposed based on the indexes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the anti-entropy weight method (AEWM) are used to calculate the combination weights of indexes. The proposed evaluation index system can be used to evaluate the operation benefits of power grid under the future low-carbon energy framework. 摘要

电网供电侧和负荷侧的结构性变化以及新一轮电力市场化改革的共同作用,使得运营效益日益受到人们的关注。未来低碳能源框架下的运行效益评估需要新的方法。本文提出了一种可行的、综合的经营效益评价指标体系。首先,建立了基于指标的评价标准,从可靠性水平、智能化水平、电力市场化水平、经济效益、环境效益和社会效益四个方面对运行效益进行评价。其次,提出了一种基于指标的数学评价方法。采用层次分析法(AHP)和反熵权法(AEWM)计算各指标的组合权重。该评价指标体系可用于评价未来低碳能源框架下电网的运行效益。此外,它还可以用于比较中国不同电网运行规划方案的优缺点。
