The characteristics of casting structure were analyzed, and the possible defects of casting solidification were predicted and analyzed. The results show that under the casting temperature is 680°C, the injection pressure is 120MPa and the mold preheating temperature is 200°C, the casting almost has no shrinkage porosity by carrying out two times of pressure on the most of the bottom of the box.
