It is also illustrated that there is a large gap between provinces; The comprehensive strength of Beijing is the highest and that of Tibet is the lowest. 摘要

本文首先描述了中国餐饮业的现状,选取了中国30个省份的9个指标,分析了中国餐饮业的影响因素。然后计算因子综合得分,对各省餐饮业进行评价。研究结果表明:中国餐饮业的发展受管理能力、经济发展和品牌能力的影响;管理能力对餐饮业的影响最大,品牌能力的影响最弱。研究还表明,各省之间存在较大差距;北京的综合实力最高,西藏最低。最后,对中国运输业的发展提出了几点建议。
