Gastro-Splenic Fistula from Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma: Case Report

A gastro-splenic fistula is a rare complication of lymphoma, the etiology of which is poorly understood due to the narrow spectrum of cases. Additional case reports of this complication allow for increased understanding to facilitate treatment planning.
