摘要

随着移动智能手机用户的快速增长,越来越多的移动用户使用手机接入互联网服务。同时,云计算正在改变互联网服务的格局,从而影响到移动服务。云计算被认为是移动的未来。然而,云计算仍然面临着许多挑战,其中之一是服务质量(QoS),即服务提供商如何确保其云服务的QoS,特别是对于移动用户。本文提出了一种移动云计算的QoS框架和一种自适应的QoS管理流程来管理移动云计算环境下的QoS保证。在此基础上,提出了一种基于模糊认知图(FCM)的QoS管理模型。通过一个实例,对所提出的系统进行了评价,并证明了其有效性和效益。
