摘要

本研究旨在了解员工敬业度对离职倾向的影响程度,以及员工敬业度对离职倾向的影响。本研究使用的方法是描述性统计分析,而数据收集的技术,以问卷为主要数据,国际期刊和书籍为次要数据。根据已经完成的研究结果,回归方程为Y = 68,179-0,215X。结果表明,员工敬业度对离职倾向的负向显著影响为-0.215,员工敬业度对离职倾向的影响为7.8%。
