Stable speed response during wiring operation with variations of load conditions could be achieved by making use of the portion shift of the overall system design efforts for this wiring machine. Features of its mechanical structure and mechanism of the developed wiring machine both can obviously lower the firmware requirements and level down sophisticated control algorithms, hence it is applicable to realize design concept and control methodology in two 8-bit data processing chips of PIC18F4431 and PIC18F8720. Description based on design issues of this wiring machine is also arranged for showing feasibility of the presented concept and its realization approach herein.
