摘要

本文全面介绍了一种主动铲运机升降缸的压力缓冲方法,并对力士乐RSM2稳定模块的不足进行了分析。提出了一种新型的液压升降缸稳压控制方法,并对该系统的工作模式进行了仿真分析和实验研究。结果表明,新的稳压控制方法可以有效降低负载突变冲击时液压系统的压力,从而保护液压缸,从而延长液压元件的使用寿命。
