A learning organization is a place where people in the organization are learning very powerfully so that the skills and knowledge they own can boost their organizational performance at the maximum. This paper presents the results of a study that examines the perceptions on the practices of learning organization in terms of employee empowerment, learning culture, and technology in learning activities among staff in one research-based organization in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. In this pilot study, questionnaires were distributed to the selected staff of the organization of which all had responded. The result shows positive perceptions with regard to employee empowerment, learning culture, and use of technology in learning activities among staff in the organization.
