摘要

本文研究了15种化学物质作为肿瘤促进剂和/或细胞间通讯抑制剂,在体外对蚕幼虫唾液腺巨细胞间电关系的作用。结果表明,在该模型中干扰细胞间接触的11种化合物中,有10种化学物质是肿瘤促进剂(Aroclor 1254,丁基羟基甲苯,邻苯二甲酸二(乙基己基)酯,DDT,去氧胆酸,石胆酸,油酸,炭素,醋酸碘,吐温-80),1种化合物(油基乙酰甘油)未被研究促进活性。同时,另外两种肿瘤启动子(苯巴比妥和TPA)以及两种非肿瘤启动子(佛波和氯丙嗪)不影响电关系。讨论了利用开发的测试系统筛选肿瘤启动子的可能性。
