DDP 2019 is characterized by features of full-fledged paper submissions, reviews, and publication process that adheres to the high standards defined by DDP. The DDP 2019 conference explores new advances in new data processing technologies that address innovative applications. It brings together researchers from various specialities of computer and information sciences who address both theoretical and applied aspects of data processing technology and applications. We do hope that the discussions and exchange of ideas will contribute to the advancements in the technology in the near future. The DDP has the keynote offered by Dion Goh the Nanyang The receipt of 62 papers, out of which 21 were accepted and 20 registered, resulting an acceptance rate of 33%. These accepted papers are authored by researchers from many countries covering many significant areas of digital data processing.
