Due to the unique structure of the TRD coupler, only one DC power supply is needed for controlling the two reflective loads simultaneously. 摘要

本文提出了一种采用垂直安装平面(VIP)结构的跨向(TRD)耦合器的c波段全360°反射型移相器(RTPS)。通过实现VIP结构的TRD耦合器,可以避免商用电容器因电容容差而导致的高频性能不佳的问题。此外,所提出的反射负载可以实现360°的全相移。为了验证,原型被设计、制造和测量。由于TRD耦合器的独特结构,只需一个直流电源即可同时控制两个反射负载。结果表明,在中心频率处相移最大可达380°,证明了其在c波段相控阵中的应用。
