摘要

车辆表面点云的三维重建可以为机器人进行车辆表面喷涂路径规划提供有效的参考数据。提出了一种基于直线激光传感器的车辆表面三维数据测量方法。利用直线激光传感器采集车辆表面点云信息,提取有效的车辆表面三维信息。并以规则块和车辆模型为实验对象,利用机械手夹紧传感器的测量系统对三维数据进行测量,比较不同测量深度和扫描速度下点云数据的精度,重构车辆模型。研究表明,该方法是可行的。
