Hydrodynamic climates could be identified as responsible for erosion or deposition at different spatio-temporal scales from bathymetrical, hydrological and altimetric (NKE-Altus) data. Each thickness of eroded or deposited sediment could be associated to a typical hydrodynamic climate. Furthermore, it was possible to show the effect of a ridge-runnel bedforms or a smooth surface on the dynamic of the intertidal mudflat.
