Existing LL studies have provided frameworks and guidelines for LL practices but not specific methods to manage the long-term and complex design process in an LL project. This study develops a self-assessment tool that supports the effective management of LL projects by assessing the state of LL projects and providing indications for adjusting and improving the design process. Development of a self-assessment tool for the effective management of Living Labs
