摘要

研究了具有不同疏水聚(D, l -丙交酯)嵌段长度的生物相容性D, l -丙交酯和环氧乙烷两亲共聚物在水介质中的自组织。研究表明,非选择性有机溶剂的性质对长聚(D, l -丙交酯)嵌段共聚物的尺寸、尺寸多分散性和胶束形态有相当大的影响。为了阐明嵌段共聚物胶束性质与常用有机溶剂类型(丙酮、四氢呋喃、N、N-二甲基甲酰胺和乙腈)的关系,我们估计了所用溶剂的各种参数,并发现了疏水嵌段与非选择性有机溶剂之间的弗洛里-哈金斯系数和表面张力与胶束结构参数之间的相关性。
